I am a photographer/videographer (Combat Camera) in the US Army. From 2017 to early 2021 I had the opportunity to live in the beautiful country of Germany where I fell in love with landscape and outdoor photography. I have always loved being in forests hiking or walking along the banks of a lake or river. It’s peaceful and the scenery always puts me at ease. I began taking photos around my new home and while also watching videos on YouTube about landscape photography. Learning a new photography style has almost been like starting from scratch but I love it. Landscape photography is more than a hobby, it is a passion that gives me a well needed break from the norm. What started as me documenting the forests and countryside around my new home has turned into a passion.
I have now returned to the great nation that I serve and can’t wait to start shooting new landscapes again as I get out and explore.
